SPORTEC® is a rugged, easy-to-clean, water-repellent rubber floor covering purpose-built for fitness and gym facilities, retail outlets, exhibition halls, equipment storage rooms and multi-purpose sports and commercial spaces.
Made from fine-grained recycled tyre rubber and coloured EPDM granules bonded with a polyurethane elastomer, Sportec® combines outstanding durability with genuine walking comfort — absorbing impact, cutting room noise, and standing up to years of heavy foot traffic and equipment use without losing its finish.

Every roll is engineered and tested to European flooring standards, giving gym owners real, measurable performance:
- Shock-absorbing comfort underfoot with up to 90% energy restitution and shock absorption of up to 17.75%, protecting joints during high-impact training.
- Slip-resistant rated R10 as standard (R11 when sealed), so floors stay safe in wet or high-sweat training areas.
- Noise-reducing reduces impact sound transmission by up to 18dB — ideal for multi-storey gyms and shared buildings.
- Hard-wearing & low-maintenance resists mechanical wear, holds its colour, and is simple to clean — built for years of continuous commercial use.
- Wide temperature tolerance performs reliably from -30°C to 80°C, suiting both indoor and semi-exposed installations.
A Colour and Finish for Every Space
Sportec®’s fine granule surface is available in a full spectrum of EPDM colour blends, so gyms can match their flooring to their brand or interior design — from clean, understated black through to bold statement colours.
- In stock (Colour 10 range): plain black, black & grey, black & red, and black & blue — ready for fast turnaround.
- Also available to order: blue, blue-grey, green and dark grey, available in 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm thicknesses on request.
